Circle to the left then left hook or straight right. But to honest depends what sort of Southpaw your facing.

Thanks guys good advice but I wasnt very clear, I wanted an answer like this.

    1) The right cross is your number 1 punch vs a southpaw

    2) The left hook is the next most useful

    3) The jab

    4) The right hook

    6) The overhand right hook

    7) The right bolo

    8) The right uppercut

    9) The left uppercut

    10) The overhand right

    11) The right shovel hook

    12) The long range right hooking cross

    13) The long range overhand cross

    14) The left shovel hook

You ask a lot of **** questions. Different punches will be more or less effective against different fighters. It's not a game of rock paper scissors.

You dont need that big of a list. As long as your not predictable you can switch it between 2 or 3 different punches (not including the jab or whether or you not you throw to the head or body).

Generally tho, you have the straight right, overhand right and left hooks (all to the head or body), right hook to the body. So many ways to throw each of those punches. And dont forget about fients.

As of which will be your best punch against that fighter? That would depend on the fighters style, stance, tendencies and ect. The list of variables goes on.

Are you writing a book on boxing, or do you actually go to the gym?

I know what you wanted, but as I said, there are so many variables. As Dealt_with said, everything is going to be different depending on the fighter that you're in with.

Its a cross between an uppercut and a hook punch, so it comes diagonally up/in

Who makes up these names? What in hell is a long range right hooking cross? What is the difference between an overhand right and an overhand right hook? And a long range overhand cross?
