LaMotta VI. Maybe the best performance by anyone on film.

I don't think there is the entire fight but there is a good portion of the 2nd Turpin fight. Ray looked fast and sharp

Im partial to the Docusen fight. Robinson was in his prime and fighting a VERY good opponent and wins comfortably dropping Bernie in the process. Itll be an odd pick but my runner up is Maxim. Sure Robinson didnt win but he dominated until he gassed against a very durable, tricky guy who fought most of his career as a HW. Boring fight but a masterclass of the sweet science.

Docusen was a cracking fighter, a very underrated win for Ray. Another mostly forgotten man from yesteryear.

    I agree with McGrain though.

What I really like about the LaMotta fight is Ray`s ring generalship and his patience. He let Jake do a lot of the work for him.
