This. When Bradley got caught with that shot by Holt it looked like he was KO until he hit the ground. When he hit the ground then he woke up.

Calzaghe, Mayweather, JMM, Holyfield and the ultimate blood and guts warrior Arturo Gatti.

Matthew Saad Muhammad. It's usually warriors like him, Holyfield, and Gatti that come back after taking good shots because they "run on heart". Their willpower is their fuel.

i don't think he was even gone for a few seconds, thats one thing you can say about calzaghe, he may have recieved a few flash knock downs but he's never been on ***** street with his legs or has ever looked to hold onto his opponent as soon as the action re-starts. he's always gone straight back in and took the fight to the opposition when faced with adversity.

whilst there are a few calzaghe fights that have been poor stoppages by the ref, i'm not sure this was that bad a stoppage, mitchells legs got wobbled 3 times after the 1st knockdown untill it got stopped.

I watched this live and was like :yikes.
And then immediately I was :rofl.

    JMM is pretty solid.
But sometimes you have to wonder, why did he never adjusted the "figuring out the opponent" part of his game plan which almost always resulted in a KD?

    Great recuperative ability nonetheless.

JMM is the first to come to mind....When he got caught by the hard straight left from Pacman (the same one that knocked Hatton to another dimension) i thought he was a goner for sure, and more so when he was walking towards the wrong corner. But then he comes back sharp after that. Thats great recovering ability there. Same thing against that monster left hook Katsidis caught him with, gets up like it was nothing and finishes strong. That knockdown in the second Pac fight is the most hurt i have seen JMM.

Yeah, he was hurt again not long after the KD then quick as a flash decked Mitchell himself.

It might have been round four against Kessler when he was done with a huge uppercut then hurt again a couple more times trying to fight back.
