Who has the best rope-a-dope skills among "active fighters"? Who makes their opponents look the most foolish when defending on the ropes?
A fantastic era-defining example of the sweet science which categorically answers the OP's question...
The obvious answer for me regarding who can do the Rope a Dope best among active fighters gotta be Tyson Fury.
Yeah I think Fury could could implement this to a degree. Certainly with lesser fighters like he did against Schwarz. The only other active heavyweight fighter I can think of, off the top of my head in relatively recent times that implemented it and won big, ALA Ali/Foreman, is probably Del Boy against Takham. Or maybe that was more corner-a-dope.
