Round 5 of the Wilfredo Vasquez vs Antonio Avelar fight is one of the best I have ever seen, bar none. Both men down in the round, with Avelar dropping Vasquez seconds into the round only to be dropped himself about 30 seconds later as he is pounding away on Vasquez against the ropes. The remainder of the round consists of both men wailing away on each other with absolutely no regard for defence, the crowd gave both men a standing ovation at the end of the round and for good reason. Avelar went on to stop Vasquez in the 8th round, and would fight only once more after that in a title bid against Miguel Lora which he lost by KO in 4 rounds.
I would also add the 8th round of the Kelvin Seabrooks vs Thierry Jacob fight as one of the best I have seen. Kelvin was dropped three times in the fight going into the 8th and as Jacob was beating him from pillar to post with about a minute left and a moment before the referee was going to step in and stop it he let loose with a terrific right hand that landed on the point of the chin of the Frenchman. That punch had him reeling on rubbery legs towards the opposite corner at which point Kelvin seemed to come to life and he beat the **** out of Jacob for the remainder of the round but not before getting hurt again with less than ten seconds left in the round. He would go on to stop Jacob after 9 rounds due to several cuts Thierry had over both eyes which forced the stoppage.... terrific action fight this was and I still watch it once in awhile.

De La Hoya vs Mayorga 1 or 6 Hatton vs Castillo 3 Calzaghe vs Lacy 12 I haven't been watching boxing for that long - but these three spring to mind straight away. I can think of loads but these gave me lots of laughs!
A few different ones: Garza/Meza Liles/LittlesII (round 1) Williams/CzyzI (round 3) Benn/McClellan (round 8) McAuley/BassaI (round 3) Foreman/Lyle (round 4)
First Ali-Frazier, round 9. Conventional wisdom is that their Manilla fight was tops, but in the '71 fight they were both slinging hooks like welterweights. Worth a second look.
