I love the scene in Raging Bull when Ray Robinson is pummeling LaMotta against the ropes, powerful stuff, well shot, almost like a horror movie, which makes sense because Scorsese used the shower scene in Psycho as a blueprint for how to shoot it. I also love the fight between Ali and Foreman in Ali. Very uplifting.

Pretty rubbish film in my opinion, but the end of Rocky V with Balboa and Morrison kicking the **** out of each other in some bin-laden alley behind a bar; a Don King impersonator also makes an appearance; classic scene, in the comical sense:rofl :rofl :rofl

End of Rocky I gets me emotional, I think Bill Conti has a lot to do with that though.

The end of a movie called Gladiator. The fighter fights his promoter (Gene Hackman) bare fisted.

:yep Yup. That was a damn good movie too, as I recall. Like to see that one again sometime.

I watched "The Champ" a few days ago for the first time in years, it wasn't too bad either.

Sadly I have still not seen this movie. Great, great scene though. Personaly Im fond of the last fight scene in "Rocky" where Balboa is pounding creed against the ropes in the last round, the bell rings with both men almost collapsing and Appollo says "ain't gonna be no rematch. Rocky responds "don't want one".
Million Dollar baby had some powerful scenes. Hillary Swank asking Clint Eastwood to kill her and then Eastwood talking to his priest. The priest says something to the effect of "let God help her". Eastwood responds in anger "she's not asking for Gods help, she's asking for mine!"
The scene from "The harder they fall" where Bogart comes clean with Carnera (I know, I can't think of the characters name in the movie) and tells he he's been being used.
    All great scenes.

I can't respect a boxing movie where a chick gets hospitalized for falling on her stool... it's ridiculous
