Prolly the fight in the end of Rocky 2 when he gets the title. Both going down and Rocky just getting up in time.

Not necessarily a boxing movie, but the scene in the back of the taxi in "On the waterfront" where Brando tells his brother that it wasn't his promoter that f#%ked his carreer but it was him (Charlie) by getting him to thorw fights for cash. "It wasn't him Charlie...it was you"

It has the classic monolouge "You dont understand, I coulda had class, I coulda been a contender, I couldda been a somebody......instead of a Bum, which is what I am, lets face it..........It was you Charlie"

Once of the greatest scenes in cinematic history, and if you haven't seen it...............see it.

    Raging Bull

After the 13th round tko when Ray Robinson literally tears Lamotta's face to shreds and after the fight is stopped a brutalised LaMotta goes up to Robinson and says 'You couldn't get me down, Ray...'

In Rocky Balboa. The scene where Rocky is explaining to Paulie why he needs to fight again is a damn good scene, almost brought a tear to my eye.....:patsch

This is a tough one. Here are some of my favorites:

Raging Bull: LaMotta in the dressing room hitting his brother with the pad, then coming out to the arena to fight Cerdan for the title. Another great follow-shot from Scorsese.

The St. Valentine's Day Massacre in Raging Bull. Obviously exaggerated, but brilliantly shot.

The training montages in Rocky IV. The end of the original Rocky, and Rocky Balboa. The beginning of Rocky 3 showing Rocky enjoying his celebrity and Lang on the rise. The fight scenes in the 2nd Rocky. The flashback in part 5 with Rocky in the gym talking with Mickey.

Ali had the best (most realistic) fight scenes. They had everything down, the colors were perfect, the guys actually miss punches and show some technique.

Mine is in Rocky 2 , but not sure if its the scene where the kiids are chasing him, or when Adrian wakes up from the coma and Mickey shouts 'what are we waitin' for'. That was a great film

Was there anything in any "Rocky" movie that Mick said, that wasn't classic? Not in my opinion. Burgess Meridith did a great job with that character. No way I could imagine anybody else playing that part.
