Iain Butcher looks the most likely at present to make it imo

    Simmons
    Brophy
    Roberts Jnr
    Scott Allan

All look to be progressing also

Ive seen Simmons, Brophy and Michael Roberts box and they all look quite good but maybe lack a bit of punching power but that might develope in time ,

    Who promotes Butcher ?

    What about Cornish ?

Paul Graham promotes Butcher , usually small hall shows in ravenscraig sports centre in cahoots with Tommy Gilmours son i think

Cornish looks terrible but thats only my opinion

The only current Scottish prospect that I see having a realistic chance of winning a World title within the next 5 years is Ricky Burns. :rasta

If a prospect is defined as the possibility or likelihood of some future event occurring, then Ricky Burns is Scottish, is no longer a World Champion and is the most likely by a mile to win a World Title within 5 years.

Terrible is quite harsh i feel , you have to remember that Gary was a late starter , he's still managed to beat 17 pro fighters knocking out half of them so he must be doing something right , i would like to see him fighting another UK heavyweight prospect such as Hughie Fury or Ian Lewison but i have my doubts whether we will see a fight like that anytime soon ?

If he ever comes up against other prospects like Hughie Fury or AJ it wont last a round imo it could be an embarassing defeat

A few guys from the Commonwealths will prove to be better than guys like Brophy and Roberts IMO. Current pro Iain Butcher is a good prospect.

I dont think Hughie Fury is at a different level to Cornish , if anything that fight would be a 50/50 , Cornish is older and should have a physical edge over fury , i think he could win that fight

Not sure about that but its quite possible , many cruiserweights can hit as hard if not harder than some heavyweights ,

Steve Cunningham dropped Tyson Fury and he's a natural cruiserweight and has never ko'd anyone at heavyweight

I was impressed with Iain Butcher against Satch and he done more then enough to win on my card. Looks like Iain has got a little bit of power at flyweight aswell which will always put you in good stead.

    Looking forward to the rematch.
