Mother ****er, Tyson was a fighting machine.

Just because you're Larry Holmes dick doesn't mean that I am. And I don't give a **** how long Larry kept Tyson on the end of his jab, all that showboating **** wouldn't have gone well with Tyson who eventually would have tagged his ass.

All it took was one punch to start the downfall and I don't give a **** if it was prime Holmes or not. After that punch Larry lost the fight.

    Same **** woulda happened.

If you don't agree, that's you, it ain't me.

Be you and Ima do ME.

Prime Larry was one of the most badass dudes you could find yourself with in the ring, he weathered it all in his prime, Ernest Shavers right hand bomb was far harder than anything Mike threw at him. One right hand is definitely not enough to beat a prime Larry Holmes, if you think thats the case, go and watch some of Larry's old fights and you will see what I mean.

I dont care what all you Tyson huggers claim, but don't claim a seasoned Larry Holmes on his record, even the version that Mercer fought was better, more seasoned than the one Mike faced.

If you credit Tysons win over Holmes, then we should credit Lewis's win over Tyson...

....Hell could we have Danny Williams in the top 6 as he beat a 38 year old Tyson, in the same time it took Tyson to beat a 39 Year old Holmes!

    1. Holmes (dominated a decent to good division and would have been a top 5 fighter in any era)

    2. Lewis (reversed all defeats and defeated good comp consistently. Only ? in career is close fight with Vitali which never evolved into much needed rematch. Still at 2 due to his acheivements)

    3. Tyson (held title during a decent era, still was very active and dominant for a long period of time 1986-1990 and fought about 10x per year! Lost many of his more important fights after returning to the ring from prison. With the right career decisions, sky was the limit?)

    4. Holyfield (successfully made the transition from Light heavy- Cruiser- Heavyweight. Extremely exciting fighter who fought the best available..

    5. W Klit (Current champ who is extremely dominant, unbelievable power and boxing ability for a big man, had a rough patch or 2, but is the most dominant fighter today and depending on his next step can climb up this list)

    6. V Klit (Could have been the better of the 2 brothers? Had a tendency to get injured so was inactive for a large percentage of his career. Big, powerful and very unorthodox. When healthy could beat anyone!)

    7. Honorable mention is a prime, sane Andrew Golota!!!!!! He was worthy of this list as far as ability is concerned!

Exactly. And he would've lost to a prime Holyfield, too. Hell, he arguably lost to a used up one in their second fight in '99. Holmes would've decisioned him too. Lewis is easily the most overrated HW of the last 25 years!:yep
