Best staredown in boxing history??

That 11 minute statedown he had with Fury for their rematch was nuts. Fury just slowly lost it where at the end he's screaming and sweating while Usyk is cool as a cucumber the entire time.

 

I thought the Fury-Wilder 2 and Fury-Wilder 3 staredowns we're very fun. In 2 Fury just looks cold and focus, the best and most intimidating I've seen Fury look. In 3 Fury just looked wild and livid, swearing at Wilder while I recall Wilder looked like he was mouthing a prayer? Just a lot of bad blood and intensity there.

 

Was fun to see a bully getting bullied.

 

I quite liked the stare-down between Pryor and Dujuan Johnson where the two are bouncing around the ring and feinting and shadowboxing each other. Pryor was generally quite good at stare-downs.

Came here to say this. It was like a wise master staring into the soul of a crazy guy! And the height difference made it even better.

 

The single greatest staredown in history has to be Leonard/Benitez

 

Fury did that because he was in bad shape shouldn't have even been in that fight.

It’s amazing a guy who was basically known for his technical ability, slickness and defense could stare down a wall the way Wilfredo could.

 

Curry v McCallum if I recall rightly.

 

The staredown in Felix Trinidad vs Fernando Vargas and Joan Guzman vs Jorge Barrios were pretty intense.

I have always found stare-downs to be gay.
