Best super heavyweight that Archie Moore could beat

    He might do it if he gets out of the early rounds, Cooney looks impressive in highlights, but he had very poor stamina.

    Moore on the other had had elite stamina and carried his power into the later rounds, and he definitely wasn’t featherfisted even at heavyweight.

    Cooney certainly has a very high chance of doing him early, but if he doesn’t, then he’s finished.

    Don't see Archie winning there tbh.
    Something about the sheer size and strength of Cooney makes me think it's a bad fight for the mongoose.
    Even though Archie is much more the skilled guy here.

    Tua is too short to be a SHW. I think the general definition would be 6'4 and above and 230 lbs and above.

    Remember what Cooney did to Ron Lyle and Ken Norton? They were considerably younger, bigger and stronger than Archie. When Archie uses that patented defensive tactic of his, you know the one, and Cooney lowers his left shoulder and bangs him in the ribs with hooks, do you think the Old Mongoose will shrug those off?
