Best swarmer in boxing history?

I never saw Greb fight, but my Uncle and Dad did, at least once that I know of. The way they described him against Tiger Flowers, I would say it's a pretty safe bet that he was primarily a Swarming type Pressure fighter.

As an aside. both of them thought he won the Flowers fight, and both were evidently shocked when Flowers got the nod.
