that is absolutley magnifique!!!!!!! lol i was lofl on that one! but seriously you've watched bloodsport right?? you need to pput your hands in boiling water, then hot coals, and then you need to grab chains that are in boiling water, then smash your fists in broken glass repetedley, and after a few years of that your hands should be rock hard! on a real note you just need to box,
Bang your fist together often at lest 3 times a day 1 minute at a time,as you get better you will notice your hands will be hard as stone.
well sorry to hear that,but it works for me.just take it easy start off by tapping your fist,then when you get better and better start banging it.
my hands got pretty rough from weight lifting for a straight year. Of course the key is to not use gloves - Arnold recommends it too
One of the best hand strengthening exercises I have tried is farmers carries. I just use two 40, 60 or 80 pound dumbbells and walk around my back yard till failure take a rest and do about 10 sets. Really works the hands, forarms,shoulders and back. It works your hands by far the most but it is a total body work out.
