Best thing that can happen to boxing?

In order of positive impact on the sport:
1. Boxing back on public TV
2. One belt per division
3. more 2007 caliber matchups
4. evergence of dominant heavyweight champ

In order of how it would have to happen:
1. more 2007 caliber matchups
2. one belt per division
3. Boxing back on public TV
4. Emergence of dominant heavyweight champ

Major TV stations will only take boxing back if there is big money and ratings involved and that is not going to happen unless we continue to produce '07 caliber matchups [get rid of the bad decisions ala Casamayor v. Santa Cruz] w/ one belt (or identifiable champion) per division. Then with boxing back on public TV there will be an influx of larger athletes coming back to the sport and increasing the number and skill level of the heavyweight division, which will soon produce another dominant heavyweight champ.
