Garcia is the best talent in the division but like Ward if he continues to self sabotage his career he will soon be out of the picture and will become irrelevant. Uchyiama is getting up there in age and looks like hes happy with only fighting once a year but hes still the most proven guy in the division and holds a victory over the underrated fellow belt holder and fellow countryman Takashi Miura who has done enough to warrant a rematch with Uchyiama. Barthelemy is decent but for me hes the weakest of the lot hasnt looked good in recent fights and his reign could be short depending on who he faces and depending on who's judging the fights(Usmanee clearly beat his ass). With all that said i go with Uchyiama as the best title holder even though i consider Garcia the beter fighter.
