Mayeweather would toy with the other two, but is he a true JMW?

Mayweather should have been stripped of those titles by now the reason he hasnt its cause the corrupt organizations like to have him as one of their title holders a lesser known fighter would already been stripped, plus the guy hasnt fought there in more than a year so for me is out of the run. That leaves me with two options: Bundrage has done well for himself considering that hes an average fighter at best hes an overachiever but hes not the level of an Andrade and will probably lose the title soon (depending on who he goes up against but it wont take a great fighter to do it)The same could happen with Andrade who has a tough task ahead of him with one of the Charlo brothers but as of now hes the best title holder in the division IMO.

I agree, he should be stripped. But officially he isn't, and I'm just going by official rankings.

Best, as in most skilled? Floyd by a mile. Maybe TWO miles.

Best overall. Skills or who would win, doesn't matter, really. But it has to be something real, not something like "oh he has a criminal past so I'm picking someone else".

I would favor Floyd over both Bundrage and Andrade. I can't think of anyone from 130-154 I would favor over Floyd.

Andrade would be a tough fight for him, though. He's a tall, fast, rangy southpaw who can box and has a good jab.
