Roach and Nacho are the best.

Garcia is doing a good job with his fighters too.

Most overrated are Nazim and the Mayweathers specially the Mayweather's, Roger isnt even a coach hes just a glorified pad worker and Sr other than his son he hasnt done ****.

How do you think Canelo would do with Roach in his corner?

nacho beristain has created more champions from scratch than any other trainer in the business.

mike stafford is a helluva trainer.

eric brown is a helluva trainer.

willie 'birdlegs' jensen is a helluva trainer.

stan ward is a helluva trainer.

manuel robles is a helluva trainer.

these are names you don't hear too often...but they are great trainers.

i know mike stafford and his background

but do you really think hes a hell of a trainer? i mean...i dunno....

its just hard to see it....especially in watching broner...i see no changes....maybe its broner being stubborn...i just think floyd sr was right in some ways....and that maybe broner could benefit from a change of scenery where he isnt so comfortable

stafford has other very good fighters. broner is at the point where he thinks it's all him. stafford may not be able to reel in a guy with as much ego as broner...but that doesn't take away from his ability as a trainer. the list is in no particular order.

no i know stafford....and i know you werent making a list based on a ranking....

its just...stafford seems to me like a guy who can only take a guy so far...ya know?

but i agree about him not being able to reel the guy in because broner is stuck in his ways and has the ego....i think broner needs to get out of his comfort zone and be willing to make changes in his habits in the ring.....hes not going to last long fighting like that

i think character is the thing that takes you to the top. what broner lacks is real character. but the skill set he has is actually pretty good. i can see stafford doing much more with fighters who don't lack in that department. i think a guy like nazim richardson is a good trainer...but he's inherited great talent from other trainers. same with roach. same with robert garcia.

    another trainer that deserves mention....

    angel garcia.
