A typical split would be like this:
    • Day 1: Legs/Abs
    • Day 2: Chest
    • Day 3: Back/Abs
    • Day 4: Rest
    • Day 5: Shoulder/Abs
    • Day 6: Arms
    • Day 7: Rest

Things to stay in mind throughout the workout:
    1. elevate every rep as quick as doable otherwise noted.
    2. Recovery ought to be set at 60s-90s between exercises.
    3. as a result of 5-day splits will fatigue a muscle cluster comparatively fast, consume BCAA's and recovery shakes to fill the body's polyose provide throughout mid-workout.
    4. it is best to elevate a load that's lighter and you'll be able to handle than to cheat. "Leave your ego within the room."
    5. ensure is rep is finished with full read-only memory unless declared.
