    Hey, guys quite new, to this forum, so I'll just say it!

    Which boxers had the best trilogy fights and why? sorry if i miss any on the poll.

    Thanks.

    PS my Favorite is the Gatti\Ward Trilogy the first fight and the rubber match were superb!

    I'm not sure if Rafa and Izzy would be disqualified because they had a fourth fight. If so, then I'd go with Morales-Barrera.

    Vasquez/Marquez was the best trilogy to me.. Vasquez wasn't him in the fourth fight.. Pac/Marquez could've been a great trilogy if it happened sooner, but I think Pac wouldn't have that much of a hard time with him now..

    Without a doubt - Ali/Frazier. Combined social significance with sheer brutality in the ring. Resulted in the greatest fight of all time - the Thrilla In Manilla.

    It is unfair to include Robinson/Lamotta because unless you were ringside to watch those fights - you haven't seen them.
