This comment is taking some stick but I know the shot I think you're talking about. Calzaghe used to feint a hook before delivering an uppercut all in one movement. Was a hell off a shot but he hasn't used it for some time beacuase of his dodgy hand. Remember he finished Sobot I think it was with that shot in the early days. Back to the question and I hate to say but Hamed did throw a cool uppercut but when I read this question Tyson in his prime came to mind

i love how these guys can throw it from range. how zab leads with it sometimes is nice to look at cause he's so damn quick.

all time gotta i gotta say iron mike. the guy just threw them with malicious intent, and really suited his style considering his short stature.

Hamed used to throw his from way out, literally leaping into it and then following with a straight left. He dropped quite a few opponents with this combo. He didn't throw it nearly as much when he moved up in class, probably from fear of being countered.
