Best version of Tyrell Biggs vs pre championship Ali

Close fight for Clay, like 6-4 in rounds. Biggs was good, but not that good.

 

Would be a interesting fight both fighters had speed and skill but I think Young Ali had more devil in him than Biggs.ali on points or late cuts stoppage.

 

Biggs chance in this slightly understimated.Im thinking the Biggs that beat Simm/ Snipes.At that stage,before he had the mental baggage of defeats Tyrell was pretty good. He would have a 2 stone weight advantage.He was ok when he could keep a distance between him and his opponent and push him off.
Despite all that i take the greatest on points, because hes the greatest !

Ps..if i read one more thread or post on here that states the Duvas dumped Biggs after the Tyson fight, i will start a full topic myself explaining that wasnt the case.
They stayed together a full year after for the Damiani fight,Lou Duva still believed in and liked Biggs. They parted company after Damiani. The Duvas issue with Biggs was the fact he kept cutting so easily.

 

I always say that Biggs was better than people thinks, he is also a really nice dude, but he was clearly trying to hard to be like Ali and he wouldn't beat Ali at being Ali.
