Best way to hang a double end bag?

    I just bought a cleto reyes double end bag with bungee cords as well as a weight for the bottom. Anyone have any recommendations for the top hook? I'm hanging it up outside and will drilling into the bottom of my deck/balcony above.

    Tho if you have some old weights lying around they can work too to make some tension in the bottom.
