Ok Virus, forget me for one second then. Let get a pro fighter like say Rampage Jackson or Chad Dawson.....both men come to you and he listen we want to bulk up to our max that our genetics will help. We want to be bigger, stronger, faster and have better endurance. We know it going to take time but this is our goal. How would you give advice on how to go about this WHILST training in there respective sports.

Your question simply can't be answered adequately unless I wanted to spend the next three hours typing. This is considerably more complex than a simple answer in a post because of the level that these guys perform at both skill and conditioning wise, and the fact that training for "better endurance" and being "bigger" and "stronger" are distinctively different.

I wrote an article on the aerobic energy system. I am going to write on the lactic energy system and the alactic(anaerobic). Having a better understanding of a)programming b)energy systems and c)adaptations will answer your question. Hopefully when I am done writing on these it will help.

Virus and others have given good advice to you on "bulking up." Don't overthink it anymore. Pick something and do it. You will not however ger bigger training for both MMA and "bulking up." Therefore pick either getting good at your skill set for the sport, or train very leisurely for MMA and adopt one of these weight training programs. Of course, nutrition is key to all. Good luck.
