Wondering if anyone can link me to a website with a good plyometric scheduele - For boxing and rugby, so I'll need both upper body and lower body exercises with information on frequency etc, and possibly diagrams.

If anyone can help me off the top of their heads that would also be helpful,

So far I'm doing clap push-ups every second day.

Yeh that was my first action, I didn't think any of them were all that informative or useful, thought there may have been something better out there.

I dunno, but here's some plyos....

clap p.u., decline clap, medicine ball: pushing on and off of it, pushing over it back and forth, slams, twists, figure eights

fast lunges (hopping from right to left leg), bounds, sprints, jump squats, knee tucks, zig-zags, depth jumps, side hops.
