Probably Khan atleast Horn is rugged and might be able to wear him down and stop him

I think that’s a decent reflection of his style and skill. Although I do think Garcia and Spence would stop him, just stylistically they would be able to time him or in Spence’s case break him down and push him back.

I think he can use that Algeri tactic to bully Kahn around.

Spence would absolutely wreck him. Spence has power, is as big, younger (makes weight more comfortably) and his skill is worlds apart. I think he'd get worked worse than against Crawford.

Same with Thurman, Thurman has good footwork going backwards (or running whatever you wanna call it), Horn won't be able to catch him easily. Also, Thurman would just destroy him from the outside, too much handspeed, athleticism and power. Horn is not on that level to deal with that.

Possibly Andre Berto. I think he'd lose to Broner, Alexander, Khan, Thurman, Spence, Garcia, Porter, Peterson, and Vargas.

Pac beat the living hell out of Horn, but was cheated by the judges as Teddy Atlas said...................the ref wanted to stop the fight. Horn might be able to beat a wino from the alley, he should get Haymon to find him some winos, otherwise, Horn is done for, he is a fraud, it appeared to be a set-up, worse than Void/Conor by far..............

I agree with this. He can be a bit of an issue for some guys but anyone in or around the top end of the division should handle him

Khan couldn`t handle that pressure and can`t take a punch, he simply can`t box lie Crawford, Horn never gives up and Khan makes mistakes he always starts brawling. Broner couldn`t deal with Horns awkward feints while coming in, these guys aren`t skilled enough to deal with a determined pressure fighter. Porter is crap, Alexander got exposed by Khan but I think any of these guys would have an exciting fight v Horn though and rematches could go the other way, this is Horn`s level, it`s just that Crawford is elite.

Horn would of landed more punches on Conor than Floyd did.
