A calorie deficit. Acai berries are berries, eating berries will not affect weight loss. They're very healthy and will provide you with minerals, vitamins, anti-oxidants and other phytochemicals. But if you want to lose weight, you should just get your fat ass to a gym and control your eating habits.

Youre going to want to go with a Clenbuterol, Adderal and A side Meth stack. Then atleast 10 miles of running a day. When your legs hurt and you think cant do it anymore its time for an xylocaine injection into your calves and quads.

And no eating, just protein shakes. If its expensive and says something about peptides and BCAAs on the box then you know its good.

What is it with people always looking for the best this that and the other... it drives me mad!

You will never see a fat person who looks after their diet, and trains properly. If a person hasn't got the willpower to follow those two points, then that person needs to take a long, hard look at themselves. Tho ONLY time one should turn to supplementation is if their training and diet is already optimized 100%, and they still need that little bit extra - supplementation should however, never be relied on to lose 30 - 50 lbs.

There are no short cuts. I would never take anykind of diet pill to help me lose weight. The thing about the supplement market is that it is not monitored like medication. People took hydroxycut for years only for it to be banned later as it caused liver failure. I remember seeing a documentry where this women had taken a supposedly safe diet supplement only for it to damage her internal organs causing them to swell to such a size she has to carry them in a bag.

Eat healthy, get plenty of exercise and drink lots of water.

Eating healthy (instead of just eating a little) helps, because it makes sure you get enough nutrients to be able to actually use the energy provided by your food. You can eat 8000 kcal of shitty food and be lethargic, or you can have 2000 kcal of whole natural food and be active. It's also not as easy to overeat on natural food.

There is no such thing as a fat burner. Healthy food full of nutrients will make sure you can use your energy as efficient as possible. Everything else is a scam, and like hydroxicut potentially very dangerous.

    Work.

If you're 30-50lb overweight, you don't need a supplement. Not only are they not anywhere near as effective as you think they are, they're for people who are trying to lose that last bit of fat they're hanging on to.

If you're that overweight, it's a clear indication that your diet and exercise aren't right. A supplement won't fix anything at all in that case. Get down to a manageable weight, THEN worry about a supplement to take off the last few pounds. Even then, you don't need one.

Eat less, work harder, drink water. Walk, then run, then sprint.

Diet is the main thing when losing weight, not working out.

You're overweight - stop eating so much. Simple as.
