Hey guys. I was taught to box a year and a half ago by a friend who was an amateur who had a very strict sense of technical discipline and correctness. After stressing fundamentals and working a heavy bag at my University gym, I joined a gym over the summer and got to spar with other amateurs and learned a lot from a good knowledgeable coach who helped me develop my style and the toughness needed for rigorous conditioning. Now that I'm at school and being unable to train properly under guidance with my coach until late June, what's a good way to keep boxing-relevant fitness and technical discipline up?

I have wraps, my 16oz gloves, and focus mitts. Once in a while I'll show someone how to use them and painfully do sessions to keep sharp, I shadowbox constantly, and tried sparring with a newb who knew the bare basics a few times just to maintain and improve the comfort of contact. Lifting weights and running are also an option, but not a bag in site. I'm looking into finding more people in my area who box in a similar situation.

Any advice on how to stay sharp and in shape for boxing with these resources? Tips would help me get organized and motivated- probably the biggest obstacle to progress or maintenance. I apologize if it's been covered or asked beforehand.
