Remember 2007 was a bubble era in America with households printing $.
Pacquiao is the star, there is no buzz on this fight people dont even know it is happening outside hardcore fans. Gonna do well under a million buys.
Now without the Morrales fight will be easy to pass and save 70$
for most people. hope it does better but looks real dismal.

 

Oh you sound mad. Don't **** with me, boxing I'm sure I know more about boxing than your troll ass. Oscar turned Floyd into a star yes, but Floyd had a lot to do with that fight's success.
He was the one to come up with the idea of 24/7 and he brought a lot of attention to the fight with his personality.
You can say Oscar had more to do with the fight's success, but also realize that, Oscar's biggest fight before did 1.4 million.

Everybody gets their biggest paydays with Floyd and that will include Pacquiao also

 

I'm buying this fight and Pac vs JMM. Because...they will both be good fights. The Floyd v Ortiz undercard is excellent, as well.

 

Floyd is like Oscars Ho.. Oscar made him! Oscar tells his ***** who to fight, when to fight and he even lends her money when she's broke!

 

Oscara definitely helped make them into stars but not the sole reason.


Oscar needed a strong side to do good to great numbers.

Mayweather-Gatti did better than DLH-Campas, and it did better than DLHs first 3 PPVs.

I bought it cause I liked both fighters and the match up.


Should of been on ESB then, a lot of people were picking Gatti by KO, saying he was going to be too small and not enough power or strength etc.


I was rooting for Gatti though.

 

I knew floyd was going to win.. I just didnt expect him to win by TKO! It suprised me.

I think this fight is lacking buzz because Ortiz doesn't have much of a shot, and the general public is getting tired of his play it safe style.
