I've read the $40 million number, but only from unnamed sources, never confirmed. Alvarez has his own gate to contribute to his payday. Morales and whoever else are small beans. And plus there's an extra $5 for each PPV buy this time around. But, I think 1.1 is a conservative # anyway.

No reason to name Floyd guarantee I dont even think he cares. He is going to make more than 40 mil for this fight anyways. Dan Rafel always rights that Floyd will take less on the guarantee side in order to get more of the upside on the PPV. Mayweather gate plus US PPV plus UK PPV then you have got the rights of the fight all over the world that sold in over 100 countries is a lot of money.

And yeah Canelos own gate plus I would assume him being on the card upped the rights to the fight in Mexico he pays for himself.

look little dick ******. Why are you telling me Oscar has the most ppv buys. I already mentioned that Oscar turned Floyd into a star and most of the ppv's probably came from Oscar, but Floyd had a lot to do with the fight's success himself.
Oscar can't get 2.4 million ppv buys by himself.

The fight was the first one to have 24/7 and why do you think the show got so much attnetion? Not because of Oscar

Oscar generated the most cash... simply because of sheer numbers.

I dont know what DLH is at since fighting Mayweather.

But DLH was at $610 million with 18 PPV Events, at 12.6 Million Buys

Tyson was at $545 million with 12 PPV events, at 12.4 Million Buys

Tyson is by the true cash cow and king of PPV.

Oscar helped both Pac and Floyd become stars, but they are averaging more a PPV than he did.

    Actually Floyd did.

Oscar's closest fight to 2.4 was with Tito at 1.4.

I find it weird that if the fight was doing so bad that we haven't heard a word about from more credible sources like Yahoo Sports, ESPN, ***********, etc. As many people in the media that dislike Floyd you figured they would jump on the chance to write an column talking about how Floyd's fight isn't drawing any interest.

Instead we get a post of a link from some nobody(who obviously hates Floyd) off some fan site. But if this stuff is what helps you get through the day, have at it. Because no matter what..................

Side Note: Haters were saying the same thing about the Mosley/Mayweather fight. It ended up being the biggest money making fight of that year. Go figure.

If you think that fight wasn't entertaining, then something's wrong with you. And show me in the building where half the people left. Everybody was in their seats watching that boxing clinic that Floyd was dishing out.

Also...that was a scheduled 12 round fight that was stopped in the 6th.

 I'm exposing your punkass so bad.
First off, why am I an AIDS ridden ****** and why do you assume I don't know my dad :hey
Floyd did come up with the idea and he got an emmy for it. I got proof yoy dip****
Oh Floyd and Oscar got 2.4 million buys because of the economy. What does that have to do with anything. Wasn'tthe economy good in the late 90's. How come he could get 2.4 million buys with Tito or Mosley?
What you mean Oscar ALMOST hit a million. He's got over a million ppv buys a few times, but his biggest fights were Tito 1.4 million and Floyd 2.4 million.

Floyd averages more ppv buys per fight than Oscar and Manny did. You need to go back to Pacland you slow piece of ****
