I think he'd lose at CW. His defense isn't exactly great, and he'd be fighter bigger, harder-hitting guys.

The jump from LHW to CW is 25 pounds. It's not like the smaller weights where you only have to gain 5 pounds to move up.

Good interview with the British Hagler Dan Azeez

He talks about what it was like sharing a ring sparring with Beterbiev a number of times during it. He said Betebiev's power is freakish but that he also has a high ring IQ, good feet, and that his skills are underated and that you realize that quickly when you're in there with him.

He also said he feels sorry for anyone who feels that power for the first time with small gloves on because it will come as a real shock to them and that he's sparred loads of CWs and that Beterbiev could 100% definitely mix it at CW and that his power is right up there with theirs.

He gives Bivol a good chance against Beterbiev if, and it's a big if, he can take the power

Same goes for his gym mate Callum Smith who he rates highly and said hits really hard

    The video has timestamps

Nah. Not big enough. 175 is perfect weight for him.

Beterbiev does fine against bigger guys.
