Every time I read about Artur Beterbiev on this forum or boxing websites the talk about his power and his offense. I was wondering if his chin has been tested at all. I know there are Beterbiev experts out there who could give me details.
Clearly has a very good chin: Gvozdyk had elite skills, athleticism and was a serious banger but he never had Beterbiev hurt. Never stopped in the pros, to my knowledge never KO'd in the amateurs over 300-odd fights either. His style also suggests great confidence in his chin: you won't get far as a come-forward destroyer without being tough. Not a GGG chin at LHW but no one who goes toe to toe with him at LHW has a good chance of beating him.
