No one will be able to beat Beterbiev now before he retires undefeated, Bivol was the best challenger and he came up short. There’s no one else to challenge him

Only father time can beat him. If he's healthy a rematch would be more onesided in his favor. Benavidez, Morrell and Buatsi all get knocked out. The most interesting move would actually be CW. I think he could still give Opetaia a run for his money.

Weird. I just just checked boxrec and it said he won that fight by majority decision.

Boxrec records results. Are you saying that they made an error?

boxrec dont determine who won fights. fighters in the ring determine that. bivol beat beterbiev. and i dont need someone who knows less about boxing than i do, telling me who won a fight i just watched. that includes judges.

Boxrec records official results. The 3 judges determine who wins fights should it go the distance. You have your own opinion on who should have won the fight and that's ok. But it's just that your opinion man. The reality is Beterbiev won the fight officially and I think you're having a hard time accepting that. I hope this exchange has cleared up a few things for you, and hopefully you'll get over your denial about who won the fight.

i dont care who is better between these 2, it doesnt affect me one way or the other. so theres no cope involved. thats my opinion, based on my knowledge and experience. if you feel biev won, great, just celebrate. i saw biev lose. and all the scorecards in the world arent going to change what i saw. im sure you can find a way to cope with my opinion. i never even considered yours.

Yes it is. It's what you think you saw and that's ok. You're entitled to your own interpretation of an event you witnessed.

exactly. the only value difference between your opinion and mine, is our individual histories of calling fights down the line, or fanboy crooked. its up to those making a value call to determine which one of us, or if neither of us, can be taken seriously. im comfortable with my history.

It's amazing but after nearly 2 weeks you are admitting this. Excellent progress. You have your own view on you are generally perceived as well. Whether this actually reflects reality is a different matter altogether.

Anthony Yarde was ahead on the score cards when he was stopped late. Beterbiev is very beatable. Hopefully Benavidez gets the fight, i think he smashes Beterbiev who is custom made for him.

i presented reality in the form of unedited video footage of every rd, punch and reaction. which was reflected on my scorecard. i invited anyone to challenge what i saw by pointing in the video to where i saw it wrong. best i got was "its close, so either way is correct". no, it wasnt, and no, they both didnt deserve the win.
