    Actually Rocky Balboa would have been allowed to take PED’s, he would have had the same privileged treatment Carl Lewis had when it comes to taking steroids. The Yank Olympic Committee simply swept it under the rug. Ask their beloved doctor Exum Wade and Carl Lewis himself.
