    This might be the fight I'm most excited for this year. It should be an entertaining encounter for as long as it lasts.

    Are we talking about October, november or december for this fight ?

    Barrera might have a reach advantage but not too much punchingpower.

    Eliminator IBF light heavyweight Artur Beterbiev between Barrera and Sullivan: negotiations were postponed for 30 days were due to the immigration status of the Cuban Barrera in the United States. Both clans now have until September 22 to agree, otherwise there will be tender.

    Good fight but Beterbiev takes him out eventually.

    It willl be by far and away the most competitive fight Beterbiev has ever had at pro though

    If a Cuban is to fight at an eliminator it should've been Yunieski Gonzalez. Barrera hasn't fought anyone in the top 100 yet. I imagine IBF didn't want any accidents en route to Kovalev vs Beterbiev.

    Anybody who follows the economics and politics of boxing knows that Kovalev's team won't go to the purse bid. They will drop the belt to avoid the risk to have to fight Beterbiev on PBC because they have an excluvity clause with HBO. It is why they didn't go for the WBC purse bid after paying something like 100,000 to be Stevenson's mandatory!

    Beterbiev by knockout!!! Beterbiev refused to fight Kovalev in Moscow, don't know if he will fight Kovalev after becoming mandatory................Will he be allowed to fight Stevenson? I doubt it..................Why not Beterbiev Vs. Ward?
