They closed their telephone customer service shortly after they closed down the Sky TV Channel.

 

I hear they’ve pulled out the Anthony Joshua vs sprott casualty theme tune for in between rounds. Should play that at end of Dubois fight second time he’s planted

 

It's completely straightforward mate, just choose Cancel in your account / subscription settings. Half a dozen clicks at most. I had no problems for Joshua Dubois.

Credit card and lots of emails then. I've taken screenshots of the bits which say I won't be charged if cancel in 7 days.

Think I'll still block them from charging my card just in case.

 

That option disappeared for customers in early 2023 as it was removed from my account.

Not been a customer since Feb 24 so cannot check if it has been reinstated.

The customer feedback is that it is still missing from my account.

 

The "people know who is walking down the street in America" stuff.

I'd be 50 miles from his town, and i'd be heavily odds against anyone in the local pub would have a clue who he is

The trustpilot feedback indicates that useless live chat and emails is the only contact methods.

Appears to be very difficult to cancel and I am just relieved that I have nothing to do with them.
