Hearn saying nobody had Beterbiev winning is utter shite. I watched TNT and Richie Woodhall, Frampton and Crolla all had Arthur winning.

 

Even Neymar was probably thinking wtf

Yeah the wide range of opinions of it show just how close and hard to score many of the rounds were.

 

That's why Eddie has spent the last few years moving heaven and earth to stop it from happening. Shame for him that the Saudis pushed it through.. he'd have left it one more year.

Beterbiev was 100% the aggressor but ultimately Bivol landed more punches.

The judges went for ring generalship.

People are entitled to their opinions and I have no problems at all with people who think Bivol won by 4 rounds.

That fight reminded me a bit of Canelo vs Lara.

 

According to compubox Bivol landed 5 more punches over the whole fight.

He landed about 15 more in the first 2rounds

 

Yeah they've definitely been aging him out.

Even 2-3 years ago I think Beterbiev would have stopped him. Not that that's particularly relevant to the fight tonight of course.

 

Enjoyed the fight. Tough to score, it was on a knife edge for most.
Biggest thing I can’t fathom tonight is a mute Neymar being stood in the ring. What the hell was he doing there??

 

Well he plays his football in that very city and Eubank posted the two of them partying on IG a few years back so he’s probably an actual acquaintance of Eubank.
