I think Beterbiev looked good tonite and should probably up his competition soon. A fight that comes to mind is Fonfara, and I think Fonfara could pose a lot of problems and test Beterbiev which its clear he's ready to make an impact. Who wins? Discuss
Fonfara would put up a good fight for a few rounds and get caught with a left or right hook and get knocked out cold like Campillo around the 5th or 6th. There's no guarantee he makes it past Smith Jr.:deal
Not necessarily that high but I think he has the style to give Fonfara problems, Fonfara doesn't have that awesome a chin, he was able to cope with the straight lefts Stevenson was doling out a lot better than he can deal with wide looping overhands that snap his neck back and forth, he's the opposite of Salido, he can't take precise accurate shots on the button bt can take bombs, Fonfara can deal with precision better than he can bombs.:conf And Joe Smith Jr. likes to throw bombs, he's kind of Edwin Rodriguez like in that manner.
He's strong and throws his punches pretty good, so I agree, he might give Fonfara some problems, but Fonfara can adjust, which is the BIG difference for me.
