IBF LHW eliminator. Winner will be Kovalev's mando.

It's disappointing Biev is not fighting one of the Cubans (Gonzales/Barrera) who'd present a bigger challenge but Mikhalkin is pretty good as well.

I've watched his last fight vs Kasperski, a bout Mikhalkin won every round. He's a slick, come-forward type of fighter with a very good work rate, highly accurate. He's not a big puncher though.

Beterbiev will most likely win by way of knock out but I still find this match up intriguing.

    Thoughts?

Mikhalkin gets hit way too much, he may last longer than most but he will fall in 8 or 9.

so they found a pair of hands not shaking to much to fight beterbiev. mikhalkin lost to kuziemski.......so he should not be too much of a challenge. but then again, if everyone is afraid to fight him, it not beterbievs fault.

Go Artur. He don't give a fukk, he gets in there, short left hook and back to the dressing room doing the Anna Revas of the world.

    I also think so!:good

I guess that Mikhalkin will even be able to win some of the earlier rounds on the scorecards. He is a pretty decent fighter which could be seen in his war against that black French based African when he had to go to war in a merciless battle.
The problem is Beterbiev's firepower which will be the decisive factor in their upcomming fight.Mikhalkin just cant take all the punches till the very last round. He can be hurt as the black French showed, and Beterbiev has more pop in his fists than that African.
Nonetheless, their fight should be quite entertaining as long as it lasts as Mihkhalkin is a pretty capable boxer.
