I haven't been paying a lot of attention to modern boxing but Ring Mag uses AI art now? That's disappointing. I'm going to start sounding like an old man at 21 aren't I? It didn't even get Nicholson's tattoos right.

Good - I really didn't want to see him in a third fight with Bivol.

Artur is around 40 at this stage. Would rather see him retire than hang on too long as he has nothing left to prove. But if he stays on, I hope he beats Nicholson.

Cool, I wasn't too keen on a third fight. So who is Bivol fighting? He has all the belts and its been nearly 6 months since the rematch, he should have to defend soon.

Bivol has been stripped and dropped a belt too plus he has been stalling too which hasn't pleased Turki.

He also doesn't have anything lined up either so is currently getting fat and rusty

A rematch is pointless. Best Beterbiev keeps busy and banging people out and in exciting fights.

    Beterbiev is ducking Bivol.

    Just kidding :)

Beterbiev KOes Nicholson in 3, and I don't even know who Nicholson is.

yeah what’s going on with Bivol? He looked incredible last time, ATG material. But I guess he got retirement money from the last two, so now is like “meh”.

disappointing. I was wanting to see him box the face off everybody else left in the division before retiring.

I've seen around that he supposedly had injuries going into the second fight and delayed surgery for it, and is now taking time off to recover. Don't know how true this is but his ex wife was claiming he had all sorts of injuries going into the first fight.

his ex wife is an evil harpy. I’ve read enough from her to know that.

Bivol has proved he's better than Beterbiev over the 2 fights so I have no interest in a 3rd fight.

Bivol has been considerably better for larger portions of both fights outside of Beterbiev winning last 2 rounds in the 1st fight.

Is it possible that Bivol is hanging on for the canelo vs Crawford winner? Could be something in place already

Good, would rather see bivol vs benavidez if Beterbiev is already booked.

I'm one of those that's totally fine with them just leaving it be. There's really no reason for a rubber match especially considering Beterbiev's age. I'm fine with these two moving on to different opponents. Personally I see them as just being each others equals since they're 1-1 in 2 highly competitive fights. Should they fight again it would only favor Bivol even more so and it's already astounding how well an old Beterbiev was able to fight on equal terms with a technician like Bivol.
