It was NOT deemed good only by Tony Weekes who obviously thinks the testicles are the foul line. Watch the fight again there are at least 10 foul punches by Ward during the fight. Read the rule book, the NAVEL is considered the foul line, Someone needs to remind Weekes of the rules. In the annals of dirty boxing history, this one was about a 1.5 on a scale of 1-10. I counted about TWO clean low blows in the whole fight. You even posted the ref saying before the fight that shots on the belt are legal. The foul is hitting below the belt.

Watch Eusebio Pedroza or Tyson-Ruddock or even Maidana- Mayweather if you want to see dirty fighting. Hell, they asked Ruddock about Tyson's tactics after the fight and he said "it ain't no tennis match."

for the 50th time, I had Kovey winning the first fight 115-112, but many rounds were close and could have gone either way. Comparing this **** to Golata-Bowe where Golata just wound up and pounded Bowe right between the legs for 14 rounds, or even Mayweather-Maidana where mayweather was kneed, tacked, hit low, and hit with kidney and rabitt punches and elbows all fight really makes Kovey look bad.

Beterbiev and Kovalev are different. Beterbiev doesn't mind getting hit, and might hit harder. Ward won't fight Beterbiev, as Ward's inside game would make it war vs. a harder puncher who can take a body shot.

I think Beterbiev needed a fight like this. He went 12, didn't lose a round and got the stoppage. His opponent was one of those durable I'm not going to do much types.

LOL I'll give you that the last shot was close! Weeks should have given Kov a count! That way Ward could pummel him around the ring some more! The body shot that got the ball rolling for Ward was good, you cannot deny that! Were there some low blows prior to that, yes, was every body shot Ward landed low, no! And none were so bad that it changed the way the fight was going. You Kovalovers just can't except Ward ruined your hero.
