Adonis been knocked out and knocked down numerous times
Kovalev been knocked out and knocked down numerous times
Badou Jack has been knocked out and knocked down numerous times
Eledier Alvarez knocked out in the amateurs and been badly hurt as a pro
    Gvozdyk has been knocked down
Sullivan Barrera knocked out and been dropped numerous times
Marcus Browne been dropped numerous times
    Chilemba knocked down numerous times
Felix Valera knocked down numerous times
Shabranskyy been knocked out and knocked down numerous times

Then we have my boy Dre from Oakland being badly hurt and put on rubbery legs by a truck driver named Kenny Kost, dropped so hard by Boone that he still to this day can't remember the last 2 rounds of the fight, wobbled down to his soul by a Kovalev jab and dropped to his hands and knees in a praying position by a Kovalev right hand.

The important distinction to note here is that, unlike Beterbiev who comes to fight and put on a show for the fans and isn't doing everything in his power and the power vested in him by a home referee, both legal and illegal (emphasis on the later), to avoid an honest exchange, Dre doesn't hit get clean very often because he immediately lunges in and grabs a hold of his opponent like a lonely gay octopus on an industrial dose of MDMA after he's fired off a sneaky lead or ducks his big ugly melon head down between his knees and ankles.

If he didn't employ these illegal tactics not only would he get hit with infinitely more flush leads and counters, but his ass and back would be a lot more familiar with the canvas than it already is, including having plenty of snoozes on it. It's not rocket science lol.

Johnson punches very hard. Not many can take clean shots off him and stay standing.

You clearly don't know what shaky means.

Listen, glass jaw denier, it should be pretty obvious what a shaky or questionable chin is - it is one that, when a punch is landed, the human possessing such a chin ends up on the canvas. This indicates that they have issues taking a punch to their chin and remaining in a vertical position. What about this don't you understand?

You've totally embarrassed yourself in this thread. Describing something as glass indicates its fragile and thus less than the average.

Glass jaws do exist in boxing but by your glass logic they're now more fighter with glass jaws than there are with 'sturdy' beards which are according to you the exception rather than the rule.

Let's be clear, as the title of the thread indicates, I am not asserting that Beterbiev's chin is glass, rather than it is "questionable" or "shaky." If it was confirmed glass, he would have remained on the canvas.

This said, it could be glass, and most certainly is not sturdy. As I have indicated, a truly sturdy chin is something possessed by very few fighters.

Oh I dunno, the whole premise of chin-checking is on shaky grounds right now...

Again look up what shaky means. If you mean he's vulnerable to physical blows then you're referring to every human being to ever live. His chin like many others you and your merry band of fart snorkelers like to 'check' looks like that of a decent boxer and whilst not exceptional certainly not 'shaky'.

This is however the glassiest of threads and why you're a laughing stock on this forum.

More so his defense. He recovered quickly enough that Johnson thought it unwise to go for the KO. Johnson didn't exactly drop him with a light shot either. Most of the top LHW's have been dropped, stopped or hurt at some point. Beterbiev probably has the better chin among the top of the division along with Bivol.

If his chin weren't shaky, he wouldn't have hit the deck. And it's not like it's the first time either.
