I'm liking that Forbes over Berto bet as well. Looks good.

I'm feeling really good about Guzman over Campbell, that's my most solid upcoming wager.

BTW, this is the year of the upset, but you however are a bold man, indeed.

True, and you're being smart about it by making them parlay bets, but that adds a little bit of risk in case something unforseen happens in one of those fights. Where do you bet on boxing? Is there a casino with Sportsbook in Montreal? I've never been up there.

Forbes? Did you bet on Gomez and Manfredo, too? Nice to see someone taking Malignaggi though.

Haven't placed my bets yet but I like the look of Forbes at 6/1. Good value.

I'll be going for Forrest and Tarver too. But Guzman over Campbell as well as Hatton over Malignaggi.

I'm not touching the foregone conclusion fight of Lacy v Taylor. Taylor on easy street.

lol, they want a top 4 finish this year which i can guarentee they wont get, and so they wont be able to attract the clientel they want. even with all the money in the world!! trophy's sometime mean more than money, even today.

look at berbatov signing for utd instead of city. they offered more money but he wanted trophy's and recognition. BTW robinho is a cry baby who wanted chelsea not city! he'll not wanna be there for too long if they dont win things, or qualify for the champs league.

This weekend, I like Barrios over Juarez or a Barrios/Diaz parlay. The Barrios/Diaz parlay pays just over even money. The over in that fight is pretty tempting too. Over 10.5 at +135. I see Katsidis getting cut up pretty badly and the fight being stopped. I also like the Over 7.5 at +210 in the Khan-Prescott fight. On Friday night, I may actually put a small wager on Cortes over Kirkland at 8-1. It's a longshot, but I don't think it's an 8-1 longshot. And yes, I know I have a problem.

so far I was off about Barrios

I'm really pissed about Guzman's little stunt but **** happens.

I went double on forrest so I'm really happy about that. Was an easy pick

Odds for JMM were too long.

san rafael, I greatly respect your opinions and predictions, I was under the impression you were a seasoned bettor. stanjames is a fine book, but it depends on where you live. Pinnacle is the best book by far, but's not available to US citizens. TheGreek is another A+ book, and 5Dimes is the best for props and parlays. All of them are proven and reliable for withdrawals.

I had a big wager on Guzman at roughly +175 odds through parlays, but once I heard he was sick, I scrambled to buy back Campbell and made a mess out of it. As a bettor Im glad it was cancelled.

I won today on Rojas, JMM inside (I expected a Casa headbutt leading to tech. dec), and Forrest (I actually made this play based solely on how upbeat and pleasant Forrest acted in the weigh-in and ring-walk, you'll notice he's smiling and dancing to his best performances), and Ortiz under. Lost on Landeros and Bradley inside, Bradley strikes me as the kind of fighter who could get more KOs if he really pressed for it, I thought it would be tonight.

I like many of your bets Pharoah, I parlay favs as well to reduce the risk, but hate doing so for fights months away, the money is tied up at the book. IMO the best parlay finishers coming are Taylor and Oscar. Maybe Im being sentimental here, but I don't see Calzaghe as a total lock over Jones Jr.

I'm on Tarver as well, Forbes by dec. at 6/1 is low, you can get that on him straight. Forbes dec/tech dec. should be about +750 or +800. Still, I don't give him much of a chance.

I have been looking forward to this weekend for months, the next most exciting will be Taylor inside the distance and Oscar straight and inside the distance.
