Are you sure? Go back and read the pro Primo argument and you might changed your mind, though you're more likely to spit out your water laughing uncontrollably than anything else.

That is very unfair. Primo was definitely better than them

Bert Cooper was wrong. Wlad is a very good HW.

 

Carnera's record is very good on paper, I would challenge anybody to deny it!

Compare his results against common opposition to Schmeling or Baer for example!

This guy was literally marching through everybody except the champions of the era!

Oh but his fights were fixed right?

Perhaps a couple against fringe contenders early in his career, but beyond that the evidence gets a bit thin!

 

Yeah no doubt big daddy was better all round and every single thing round as well better fighter but at least Carnera can claim to be a far better all round trainer as that guy was always in great shape unlike Bowe who often trained like a fat slob.

 

And the beast known as Carnera vs Bowe rears its ugly head once more
