better cardio?

    better cardio conditioning? swimming labs or running?

    In my opinion, nothing beats running.

    It depends on you. How old are you? If you are an older person, and you are worried about joint problems swimming is your best bet.

    Cycling is ok on the joints too.

    Swimming is good for the core. Why not do both, mix it up so you don't get bored.

    Running is extremely overated, especially by boxers.

    Do any cardio you can think of, never limit yourself to just one.
