This is why I say that Tito fans are funny as ****...What elite in thier prime fighters did Tito beat???Camacho? Whitaker? PLEASE....And oh yeah Shane ACTAULLY beat Oscar...Margo was in his prime, not to mention that shane isnt...That win alone is more impressive then any thing tito did at the weight...
WHere do you all come off putting Forrest down. Mosley losing to Forrest is nothing to be ashamed of, Vernon forrest would be a HoF if it wasn't for his shoulder injuries and just being a bad fit for Mayorga.
I did notice that niether of you could answer the question.... Tito is the most over rated over hyped fighter of his era...Tito was a GOOD fighter and thats about as far as it goes..Everyone knows that he didnt beat Oscar, that was some Don King ****, remember before the fight all the talk about how No one can win a dec vs Oscar in Vegas...I remember SI doing an article about that fight showing Arum who the real power player of boxing was, DON KING..
If Felix couldn't beat ODH, B-Hop, or Winky, how in the hell would he have beaten a prime Vernon Forrest?
Forrest was an overrated fighter ... outside of Shane Mosley who did he beat? He still hasn't escaped Mayorga's shadow --
Oscar beat Tito and went 1-1 with Mosley. Slight advantage to Mosley there. Mosley's best wins other than that are Collazo and Margarito. Both very good wins, Margarito in particular was quite special. However he lost to Forrest convincingly and Cotto in a close fight. Trinidad's best wins were Carr and Campas. He never lost at the weight other than Oscar. Overall, it's so close that I am declining to choose a winner. Their careers at 147 were equally excellent. However, if they ever fought at 147, I believe Tito would've won. He was a better welterweight than Sugar Shane IMO.
:rofl:rofl:rofl He couldn't beat Mayorga in two chances, and in the first he got KO'd in the third round:rofl So tell me how Tito doesn't beat Forrest? Enlighten us.
