Arreola has the better shot at producing a fluke one-punch KO if any of his clubbing nonsense happens to detonate flush on Wilder's chin (although with his poor footwork and physical condition he will have a hard time getting close enough to do that without getting sniped by Wilder's long bombs en route)

Golovkin vs. Brook has the greater chance of being a competitive boxing match.

So, there is no cut and dry answer to your question. There is too much nuance in comparing them. Arreola by fluke KO has more probability than any kind of Brook victory. Arreola, however, is much likelier than Brook to get shut out and/or stopped in brutal, humiliating fashion. So while the former technically is more equipped to get the upset, it'll be more by sheer happenstance (a lucky stray clubbing shot getting through) as opposed to proving himself Wilder's equal, let alone superior. The latter is less of an underdog in a 'competitiveness' sense, but more of an outside pick in terms of actually backing him to get the W.

One day Wilder will start to get peoples respect. His flaws overshadow his attributes far to greatly on this forum.

    /end thread

I was struggling to gather my thoughts and IB has saved me the time, and then some.

Brook / GGG is on a higher level than Wilder / Arreola, but the chances of the underdog winning are pretty damn low in either case. Unless Brook is really vastly better at 160 (as he claims) he faces a beatdown. Hey, there's a chance, you never know.

Arreola probably. I'm just not seeing how Brook will compete.

arreola simply because in the HW division anyone can knock anyone out. Also GGG's chin is too granite, if Brook couldn't hurt Porter he's not hurting GGG.

Wilder deserves to be ko'd for his cowardice, shameful cv and lousy chin.

I don't see much chance for Brook in this one. Brook will hold a significant speed advantage and is a good hitter for a WW, but this isn't a WW, this isn't a JMW, this is a sturdy MW, and for all the **** I give Golvkin, one that appears to have an iron chin (so far). I can't see Brook outboxing Golovkin over 12,

I can see Arreola flailing and clipping Wilder then jumping all over him. I doubt it happens, but I can envision that.

Arreola has a far better chance.

I voted Arreola just because he's a HW and any HW can get in a lucky punch. But Arreola has looked so bad in his recent fights that I don't see it as any more than a 5% chance of actually happening.
