Probably Wilder, but he's unproven in that aspect.

Wilder has a good chin whatever he lacks, it isn't durability or heart. Carnera had heart, but not a good chin.

I think it's a toss up. I can't see Carnera recovering from Ortiz's barrage in the 7th but I also can't see him getting rocked by Eric Molina.

On the other hand I can't see Wilder getting up 9 times against Baer but can't see him being KOed by Leroy Haynes.

    Good recuperative powers though.

11 times and Baer clowned around ,had he gone for it he would have finished him off a lot earlier. As it was anytime he hit him with his right he went down.
ps Carnera asked the referee to stop both this fight and the Louis one.I don't blame him but it's a fact.

I can't see Baer dropping Wilder 9 [11], times either.
ps Carnera was dropped by a French light heavyweight, Stribling , and Jack Sharkey,[ hardly a big hitter].

It`s how the fight pans out around them getting hurt also, Ortiz would have knocked Carnera out early and Wilder would have knocked Baer out.

Wilder would take Carneras`s shots easily while Carnera would be knocked out in the 1st by Wilder.

I thought he was dropped 10 times and got up 9.
Well I don't see either of them dropping Wilder either.

Ortiz would've outboxed Carnera and landed a counter right hook, then finished him off. Probably around 7. Who has Ortiz taken out Early to show he would Carnera?

Baer would KO Wilder. Wilder doesn't throw much and Baer would go straight for KO if he was smart, and on form he was.
He'd jump on Wilder from the start and land some great Overhands that Wilder wouldn't be able to take

Who did he stop so far that was as durable as Baer?

Stiverne was usually pretty durable, but if Baer is stopped it would probably like the Louis scenario .After taking significant punishment he just turns it in.
