Better Chin: Hagler or Toney

Hagler, was NEVER off his feet and fought harder better fighters back in the day when they went 15 rounds..

 

Toney has been fighting heavyweights as a guy that started off at middleweight. He's been getting hit a lot, too much recently. Legendary chin.

Hagler mentally was "VERY" ready and seemed immune don't forget. An everyone respected his resistance.

 

both chins made of stone but toney fought bigger fighters than hagler and no one will know if hagler could of made it at heavyweight.

 

well toney's was more proven through different weight classes, but hagler had a better chin at mw.

 

Hagler I would say. But there is so little difference that I would not argue either way.

The Marvelous one Hagler,took massive punches from Tommy Hearns in the best fight of all fights ever imo,Toney would never of took them shots.

 

its not so much Toneys Chin but his great defense he rarely gets hit clean.

Hagler had a better chin.
Hagler never had to deal with over-eating that forced him up to heavyweight.

 

Regardless, Toney is naturally around 200 pounds.

Hagler is not. You can't say Toney has a better chin simply because he took shots at a higher weight. Toney is naturally far bigger than Hagler.

However, he did have a great chin.

Toney has been down but h'es faced much harder punchers than Hagler.
