Pernell Whitaker is a more complete boxer but Nicolino Locche was better at not getting hit. I'm a fan of both. The more I watch Nicolino Locche he becomes less of the inactive puncher that he is thought to be, but he still couldn't punch his way out of a wet paper bag. Style = Locche Effectiveness = Whitaker Both are close but I'm going with Effectiveness = Whitaker .
