    Only gripe I have with Parker vs Bakole is it being a last minute replacement. But on paper, given they both have adequate preparation, it could be a more exciting fight. Also we know what Parker and Dubois are capable of, but with Bakole more questions will be answered about him in this fight.

    Dubois is technically the more high level fight at the moment but I think Bakole is a superior talent to Dubois.

    Dubois steamrolls Parker, Bakole steamrolls Parker, and I say that as someone who picked Parker to beat Zhang. So... about the same.

    Dubois vs Bakole is a better fight than Parker vs Bakole I can tell you that much.

    That's how I was seeing it. Now Dubois and Bakole trying to steamroll each other would intriguing match up.

    Dubois vs Parker, as Dubois is tried and tested, and was for a title. Simple as that. Not to say I’m not intrigued by Parker vs Bakole though.

    I'm happy with Parker-Bakole. It's neither a better nor a worse matchup.

    Two proven legit contenders, with a strap on the line? That's a huge fight.
    These two both being young enough that they might well end up fighting again, and controlling most/all the straps between them pretty soon? Yea, still a huge fight.

    Bakole is a big step down in provenness from Dubois - Bakole is heavily hyped for a guy whose best win by some distance is an ancient career gatekeeper in 42 y/o Takam... We know Dubois is a proven legit contender, we don't (yet) know if Bakole is anything more than a solid gatekeeper - he might be, he might not be.

    As a fight, this is interesting in terms of showing where Bakole might be, but it's not for a belt and it's not between two known top fighters.

    Dubois-Parker was a waay bigger event and a better fight.

    Dubois is technically more refined, more athletic and certainly has more power than Bakole, but considering the circumstances, Bakole is an excellent replacement for Dubois, but Dubois vs. Parker would be a better fight...

    Haha. Want write excacly the same sentense.
    Bakole vs Dubois will be smth special.

    But end of the day in this "triangle" I think Martin beat Dubois, Dubois beat Parker and Parker got bigger chances with Bakole than with Daniel.

    I think Parker/Bakole is a better fight. I also personally believe Bakole would beat Dubois.
